"Pranayama” comes from the word “Prana” meaning  “Breathe” or “Life Force”. Pranayama helps Oxygen to reach every organ of the body by using regulations and controls, mobilises “Prana” to reach every cell of the body enabling a healthy body.

Thus Pranayama enables  in removing negatives from our body and regulating diseases through proper distribution of oxygen.  Invoking the ida, pingala & shushmana nadis will enable the chakras to perform better.

The above Kriyas control VATA, PITTA, KAPPA in your body. Balancing all the three is also a process of removing blocks in your body, thus inviting positivity into your body and a healthy living. Invoking the ida, pingala & shushmana nadis will enable the chakras to perform better.The flow of blood through the body balances, thus taking away any kind of stress on the organs.
